"Poor service"

I have tried unsuccessfully to contact both the retail store in ollerton and the boughton industrial estate furniture store both unsuccessful either the phone being picked up or just no reply . I have purchased over £1000 of their solid timber furniture and have always been satisfied . Also passed recommendations to friends . Now having moved out of the area and needing more furniture I tried to contact them before the long drive there . Either they are closed or closed down as a company either way with the phone number still on display a message of some sort ie we are closed at the .moment reopen . after good service and excellent value this leaves a sour taste as far as customer service.
